```Duties```
- Lead a team of technicians in performing various tasks on cooking and refrigeration equipment service and projects
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful completion of assignments
- Assign tasks to team members and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the technical skills and knowledge of team members
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and prioritize work orders
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
```Experience```
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a lead tech working on cooking and refigeration equipment
- Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in relevant tools and cooking and refigeration equipment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
