Job Opportunity : Customer Service Representative - Sales Front Desk

Location : Candidates must be able to commute to the Farmingdale, NY for this fully on-site role.

Position Type : Full time, 40 hours weekly, including Saturdays

Hours of Operation : 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday-Saturday

Pay : $25 per hour, plus uncapped commission, based on experience

The responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Professional customer service is a top priority.
• Promptly address and answer customer requests via phone calls, e-mail, and social media.
• Identify the reason for the customer’s inquiry, collect relevant information, provide solutions, and sell services.
• Greet customers as they arrive and provide an inviting customer experience.
• Communicate clearly with clients about queries and deadlines, build relationships, and establish trust with customers.
• Identify and follow up on sales leads and inquiries for effective conversion into sales.
• Coordinate with installers regarding schedules and daily tasks.
• Collect payment information.
• Maintain the upkeep of the office / work space daily.
• Performs other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements :

Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

Bilingual in English / Spanish (preferred not required)

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities to engage with clients and colleagues in a professional manner.
• Provide a seamless experience to both internal and external customers and staff.
• Must be friendly, enthusiastic, motivated, and enjoy working with consumers to find solutions to their inquiries.
• Demonstrate a self-motivated and resilient attitude, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work activities.
• Must have an excellent attendance record and a commitment to being on time.
• Have 2-3 years of exceptional sales skills. (any industry).
• Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed to accommodate customer schedules.
• Proficiency in using computer software and applications, including MS Office and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of automotive products and services is preferred but not required.
• Being a car enthusiast would be a plus for us.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record may be necessary for certain roles.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects or equipment, as required for product demonstrations or installations.
• Willingness to undergo background checks or screenings as part of the hiring process.
