Responsibilities not limited to :

• Manage the day-to-day operations for the assigned store location.
• Develop customer relationships by identifying their storage needs and providing solutions.
• Improve sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies.
• Guide new customers through rental processes and agreements
• Handle cash and balance receipts, pursue collections, post payments, and process daily bank deposits.
• Ensure the facility meets the highest cleanliness standards through general maintenance duties.
• Work independently on daily tasks as well as cooperate with team members and other stores in the area.
• Run errands for the facility and travel to other store locations as needed.
• Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
• Create work schedules and manage shift rotations to ensure adequate staffing level
• Monitor and control payroll expenses to meet budgetary guidelines.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.

• WEEKENDS REQUIRED

Qualifications:

Storage experience a PLUS but not required.

• 2 years customer service experience, front desk, site management, sales.
• 1 year Proven experience in retail management, with a focus on leadership and team management.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it will enable effective communication with diverse customers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 - $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 39 per week
