We are seeking an experienced Insurance Office Manager to oversee our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing insurance policies, claims, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in office management or administration, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. They will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing phone calls, greeting visitors, supervising staff, and maintaining overall office organization. The Office Manager will also play a key role in training and developing the office staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively. This position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as proficiency in using office software.
