Tapping Operator
- Setup and operate single and /or multiple machines to produce quality products.
- Preventative Maintenance, Troubleshooting, and Machine Repair
- Quality Control and production reporting
- Load and unload product in the process using a forklift
- Must be able to read and follow process standards, control plans and work instructions
- Starts machine, observes operation, inspect first run and sample work pieces to ensure part conforms to specifications.
- Remove and install specified tooling at changeovers and make all necessary adjustments.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn
- Good attendance
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- May need to train on a different shift
