Warehouse Associate is responsible for safely and accurately preparing products for delivery to customers. The successful candidate is goal-oriented and demonstrates dependability, efficiency, and attention to detail. They will also ensure timely workflow of products from other departments to meet customer demands.

Our fulfillment team members are the backbone of the company, ensuring every customer’s order is treated with care and shipped out to them accurately and on time. We are constantly evolving to provide the fastest and most accurate delivery possible and strive for a customer focused team.

Responsibilities / Duties

• Select Stock to fill customer orders
• Read order requirements and location of products
• Verify product picked against respective Pick List for order completeness. Follow through to assure completeness of order, prior to packing the products for shipment
• Fold, stack or otherwise neatly arrange product in a container(s), packing materials necessary to prevent damage to the product being shipped
• Construct boxes products
• Perform frequent quality checks, such as making sure labels are correct, product is not damaged
• Work with/in various departments to ensure products are packaged, labeled and delivered to stock
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Resolve quality discrepancies such as damaged product, mislabels as well as incorrect product picked for order
• Ability to build and load pallets of product for shipment
• Participate in and contribute to various committees, such as quality and safety
• Perform additional job duties as required

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Able to read and speak English
• Able to lift 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Prior warehouse experience (preferred, not required)
• Sense of urgency regarding daily tasks
• Maintain strong attendance record
• Additionally, this position will be based inside the warehouse. Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting will be required for an entire shift of 8 hours. Maximum lift of 50lbs for this role.

Shifts Available

• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
