Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in order entry, medical office procedures, and general office tasks. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Duties:
- Manage order entry processes accurately and efficiently
- Assist with medical office tasks such as filing, transcribing, and clerical duties
- Coordinate and support event planning activities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email
- Utilize Google Suite for various administrative tasks
- Operate office phone systems and direct calls appropriately

Experience:
Required:
- Prior experience in order entry or clerical roles
- Familiarity with medical office procedures
- Proficiency in typing and data entry
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Nice-to-have:
- Experience in event planning
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of Google Suite applications
- Familiarity with office phone systems
