At SafeSplash, we teach an evolved swim curriculum geared toward children, which makes
the learning process fun and effective. We offer lesson programs for ages four months
and up. Our goal in starting SafeSplash Swim School was to elevate the swim lesson
experience in our communities for children and their families.

● A four-week paid training is provided before being assigned your own classes.
● Flexibility- either a fixed, full-time schedule with hourly pay or a flexible part-time
job schedule based on availability.

Responsibilities:
● Teach swimming skills in accordance with our enhanced SafeSplash curriculum in a fun, positive
manner.
● Drive long-term enrollment through consistent communication providing
continuous, positive feedback to students and parents regarding their swimming
progress.
● Create a vision for parents to understand where the lessons lead and provide
constructive feedback, adapting your teaching style to suit the student’s needs.
● Conduct administrative duties such as filling out quarterly progress reports and
updating parents on their swimmers’ progress.
● Stay current on certifications by attending in-service training and additional
supplemental training courses.
Required of our Swim Instructors:
● Must have experience working with children.
● Must have the ability to work at least one weekend day.
● Must be able to spend long periods of time in a pool.
● Must be 16 years of age
