Additionally, we provide maintenance and repair services to ensure that vehicles remain in top condition. Our goal is to cater to enthusiasts who enjoy outdoor and off-road adventures, offering expert advice, financing options, and comprehensive customer support. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to manage various administrative tasks essential to the smooth operation of our dealership. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts payable, sales reconciliation, and other administrative duties related to title work, rebates, and warranty claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable: Manage and process accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Daily Sales Reconciliation: Reconcile daily sales to ensure accuracy and completeness of sales data.
  • Backup for Title Clerk/Biller: Provide support for the title clerk/biller, including processing vehicle titles and billing as needed.
  • Rebate Administration: Administer and process manufacturer rebates, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines.
  • Warranty Claims Administration: Handle warranty claims from submission to resolution, coordinating with manufacturers and customers as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a dealership or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable and daily sales reconciliation processes.
  • Familiarity with title work and billing procedures.
  • Experience with rebate and warranty claims administration.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and dealership management software.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
