We are seeking an experienced and motivated Insurance Sales Manager to lead our team of insurance agents who specialize in internet leads. • Lead and Manage Sales Team: Oversee a team of insurance agents focused on working internet leads. Provide daily coaching, support, and guidance to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.

• Internet Lead Processes: Develop, implement, and optimize internet lead processes to maximize conversion rates and enhance customer experience.

• Sales Coaching: Conduct daily sales coaching sessions to improve the skills and techniques of the sales team. Provide constructive feedback and implement training programs to drive continuous improvement.

• New Business Development: Actively engage in producing new business by working internet leads, identifying potential clients, and closing sales. Set an example for the team by demonstrating effective sales techniques and achieving personal sales targets.

• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Implement strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team.

• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and other departments to ensure alignment and support for lead generation and sales initiatives.

• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, lead conversion rates, and other relevant metrics to senior management.

• Proven experience in insurance sales, with a focus on internet leads.
