At Joe Homebuyer of Kentuckiana, you will:
Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in our CRM pipeline
Develop opportunities within specific geographies served by our team (Negotiate, overcome objections)
Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads). No cold calling.
Outbound calling, texting, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities and overall management of sales pipeline throughout the sales cycle.
Accurately qualify potential customers for appointments, complete contracts and attend closings with full support staff.

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Lead Manager to assist in our exploding real estate business. You will be the air-traffic controller of our sales team. The Lead Manager helps discern which opportunities have real potential for revenue, prioritizes which leads to call first, and supports our Acquisition Managers with strategies to pursue the most profitable resolution. You will be a part of a small franchise community of investors that are all supporting and helping one another to become better leaders. Training and support are provided by your local franchise owner as well as from the franchise leadership team. $12.00 per hour PLUS Bonus.
