Lewis County Collision is Hiring an Auto Body Paint Technician Near Chehalis, WA
**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Paint Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive repair and possess a diverse skill set in auto body work.
**Duties:**
- Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and framework straightening
- Conduct auto painting and refinishing to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition
- Repair and replace auto glass as needed
- Perform buffing and polishing to enhance vehicle appearance
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and inquiries
**Skills:**
- Mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair vehicle issues
- Proficiency in auto painting techniques
- Experience as a mechanic with knowledge of vehicle maintenance
- Familiarity with airless paint spraying equipment
- Strong customer service skills to interact effectively with clients
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required in the repair process
*Nice-to-have Skills:*
- Prior experience in auto body repair
- Knowledge of buffing techniques for finishing touches
