Summary
Provide project management expertise for fulfillment of SOLD projects.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
* Manage project through final phases of fulfillment once project is SOLD.
o Verify production schedule will meet finish dates for staging
o Verify vendor and client product will arrive on time.
* Coordinate staging with Estimator, Setup team, Client Service team and Sellers.
o Serve as primary contact during staging, consolidation, packing and shipping for appropriate internal departments/resources.
* Coordinate schedule for previews, set expectations and support client visits.
* Make independent judgements and decisions regarding project scope change order requests.
* Manage effective verbal, written and in-person communication.
* Reconcile orders prior to shipment, updating SAP as needed including quantities, pricing, and address and ship via information.
* Track project to destination.

Preferred Education/Certification
* Four-year degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum Experience
* 1-3 years project management experience in a fast paced, tight deadline production environment.
* 1 year experience with the production, install and dismantle of larger scale exhibits or equivalent scope/scale projects.
* Experience with SAP or other manufacturing (order entry/parts maintenance) software desired.
* Expertise with Microsoft software and SharePoint
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
* Position is sedentary in nature, with intermittent standing and stooping throughout the day.
