- Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and forecasts to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial planning processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
- Support external audits and tax filings as necessary.
- Evaluate and implement process improvements to streamline accounting processes and enhance efficiency.
- Stay updated on relevant accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
