**Job Overview:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Controller to join our team. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including financial reporting, budget management, and regulatory compliance. **Responsibilities:** - Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition - Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements - Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting - Research technical accounting issues for compliance - Support month-end and year-end close process - Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting - Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings **Experience:** - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - CPA or CMA preferred - Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting/finance roles - Strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and governmental accounting standards - Experience with accounting software and financial software systems - Prior experience in public accounting is a plus - Proficiency in payroll processing and understanding of debits/credits This position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience and a comprehensive benefits package.
