Spiribam America is Hiring a Brand Ambassador Near Atlanta, GA

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our company part-time to help develop new & support existing accounts for our portfolio of prestigious spirits in Georgia. The candidate should be a bar professional, very active in their community, with a large outreach. They will spend their time commitment between providing education, account support, distributor support, and whatever other events or activities requested by their Territory Manager. They will act as a local spokesperson for SPIRIBAM Fine Spirits.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be serving as a product knowledge expert for SPIRIBAM Fine Spirits -conveying the features of each product as well as the heritage of each brand
  • Establish and build relationships with key stakeholders including but not limited to distributor personnel, retailers, bar managers, and local industry influencers
  • You will work with your Territory Manager and support a local account list and work to provide tastings, staff training, and other types of support requested. In the occasion of a consumer event, provide education to consumers.
  • You will assist in projects to drive sales as directed by your Territory Manager
  • You will keep a constant line of communication with Territory Manager about status of market and stay knowledgeable about basic status of accounts, inventory, pricing.
  • You will assist in any trade events or activations in your market as directed by your Territory Manager and also work with the SPIRIBAM Marketing team to help produce content and offer digital support for campaigns
  • Engage in Social Media and additional KPIs that will be eligible for use toward bonus program
  • Provide interviews, quotes, cocktail recipes for PR upon request
  • Reporting all job-related activities into our CRM software
  • Weekly conference calls with the rest of the brand team
  • Implement brand strategies which enhance brand awareness and loyalty
  • Collaborate with marketing team to execute impactful marketing campaigns and promotional activities and events in your local market
  • Follow and act upon sales performance and market trends
  • Each Brand Ambassador will be provided with an effective monthly budget that they will be responsible to monitor and manage. This budget will cover all job-related expenses such as:
  • Account spends
  • Event expenses
  • Distributor support
  • Printing (menu, signage, etc.)
  • Transportation - Ubers/parking/tolls/milage
  • Out of market travel - flights/hotels (as required)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in the alcohol beverage industry
  • Ability to mobilize and inspire
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft 365 suite, CRM software, and other sales management tools
  • Openness to travel in the state
