Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the store manager in all aspects of store operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with retail management experience who is looking to take the next step in their career.
Responsibilities
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and concerns
- Manage inventory, including stock replenishment and conducting regular audits
- Train and supervise sales associates, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with visual merchandising and ensuring the store is clean and well-maintained
- Handle cash transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop strategies to increase sales and improve store performance
Skills
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Retail management experience, preferably in a wireless sales environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, as it will allow you to better serve our diverse customer base
