**Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Community Manager to oversee the operations and resident relations of our community. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, customer service, and sales.
**Duties:**
- Manage day-to-day operations of the community
- Handle leasing activities and showing available units
- Ensure resident satisfaction through timely responses to inquiries and maintenance requests
- Oversee rent collection
- Coordinate with maintenance staff for property upkeep
- Implement community policies and procedures
- Conduct property inspections and address any issues promptly
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in property management or related field
- Proficiency in Office, OneSite, and other property management software
- Knowledge of facilities management and administrative tasks
- Strong sales skills to drive occupancy rates
- Familiarity with real estate administrative processes
- Excellent customer service skills to address resident needs effectively
- Ability to negotiate leases and resolve conflicts
- Organized with good file management practices
