I. POSITION TITLE: BUSINESS DIRECTOR:

• Conduct market research and surveys to analyze pricing and potential customers for various product groups and business sectors of THACO INDUSTRIES, with a focus on prioritizing business development in North America, including Trailers, Specialized & Civil Equipment, Automobile Spare Parts, both within and beyond the automotive industry.
• Establish and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies in the United States.
• Collaborate with legal advisory firms, customs, and regulatory agencies in the United States to ensure export business procedures and conditions for THACO INDUSTRIES products abroad.
• Analyze economic policies, product demand, and market potential to connect with and negotiate business deals with new customers and partners in the US and Canada.
• Regularly report on weekly and monthly progress of business projects, customer development to the Company Director in the US or as requested by the Leadership Board.

II. CRITERIA - HIRING STANDARDS:

• University degree or higher in majors such as Business Administration/ International Trade/ Engineering or related fields.
• Over 5 years of professional experience and over 2 years of managerial experience in equivalent positions. Preference for experience and relationships in Trailers,, industrial machinery and equipment, automobile, automotive spare parts.
• Understanding of mechanical engineering & supporting industrial knowledge.

Salary: $100,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
