Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair mechanical equipment, buildings, and machinery
- Supervise maintenance staff and contractors as needed
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English language
- Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise maintenance tasks
- Experience in facilities maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
