Responsibilities:
- Deliver Technical Chamber Solutions:
- Develop and implement technical chamber solutions aligned with business plan objectives.
- Guide clients through optimal chamber solutions for Test & Measurement applications.
- Key Account Management:
- Create and sustain key account plans to achieve sales objectives.
- Form strategic partner alliances to enhance business opportunities.
- Provide sales forecasts in alignment with sales quotas and targets.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and oversee relationships with strategic customers.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Negotiate sales contracts and purchase orders with professionalism and integrity.
- Market Insights:
- Offer insights to company management regarding market trends.
- Identify and assess competitive threats and potential opportunities.
- Internal Collaboration:
- Foster positive interactions with internal teams and executives.
- Assess sales strategy and outcomes through collaboration.
- Proposal Development:
- Examine bid packages, scope of work, and bid drawings.

- Education:

- Experience:
- Ten or more years of experience in Radio Frequency, Technical Sales, or related fields.
- Extensive experience in sales, account management, and technical sales in Radio Frequency Shielding or related areas.
- Skills:
- Proficient in business development, relationship building, and advanced closure techniques.
- Effective in driving sales in a solutions-selling environment, particularly at the end-user and C-level capacities.
- Consultative Approach:
- Capable of serving as a trusted sales consultant, addressing client business needs and pain points.
- Strategy and Market Development:
- Possesses expertise in business strategy and market development.
- Technical Skills:
- Experienced in reading and interpreting blueprints and shop drawings for bid package submittals.
- Technology Proficiency:
- Skilled in utilizing Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Social Media platforms, and virtual meeting software.
- Travel:
- Open to travelling within the US (30%-50%) and as needed in Europe.
