Job Overview

This position is to assist an IT Product development and support team in various tasks involved in support of the US and Canada Dealer Portal, "NetStar. It is a high performing team supporting a critical dealer facing B2B application, so there is an opportunity to learn a lot in a short period of time about the processes and technologies involved in supporting a high visibility application.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include but not be limited to:

Identity Access Management - assigning NetStar access to users in a QA environment Testing/enhancing/documenting an automated process which assigns roles to users, using Power Automate Desktop

Team support tasks - meeting minutes/action items, help with new actions list, work through JIRA Service Desk requests

Qualifications/ Education

Studies in Information Technology, Application Development

Experience or knowledge of Agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework enterprise (SAFe)

Studies or knowledge about Identity Access Management (IAM)

Exposure to tools Process tools like JIRA, Confluence
