Responsibilities include but are not limited to: answering phones, checking messages, checking clients in and out, answering common questions clients may have, scheduling appointments, entering data into the computer, maintaining cleanliness of the office and reception area, helping fill prescriptions, assisting clients in and out of building if needed and transporting pets in and out of building, educating clients, payment collection, assisting staff if indicated in non-reception duties, carrying out tasks as directed.
Experience is preferred but not required.
Candidates to be considered must be dependable, have reliable transportation, have a strong work ethic, have a calm and soothing nature, be friendly, behave professionally, be approachable, communicate well with co-workers and clients, love animals, love people, and have an attitude of gratitude.
