- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take customer orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages to customers
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in customer service or the restaurant industry is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with operating cash registers and handling cash transactions is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is an advantage
