Tiny Grocer is looking for a Supervisor / Store Lead to join our small and creative team.
We offer $11 hourly tips and health benefits start after 60 days for employees over 30 hours. Tips average an additional $7-$10 an hour. Store discounts plus other fun perks included!
Tiny Grocer is an Austin, Texas based award winning small grocery store setting a new standard for small grocery industry.
We pride ourselves on teamwork and great service.
Supervisor duties:
- Set high standards for staff and clientele
- Assist store manager on various tasks
- Inventory and making sure stock levels are appropriate for businessGeneral job duties include:
- Making espresso drinks
- Preparing deli foods
- Grocer cashier
- Stocking shelves
- Inventory Counting
- General store cleanliness
We're open 8am-8pm daily and are looking to hire for a full-time, weekends included.
Generally shifts are as follows (may vary depending on business and staffing levels)
7am - 3pm
10am-6pm
1pm-9pm
