Opportunity:As a Customer Marketing Associate at Hiver, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience in supporting our marketing efforts. You'll collaborate closely with our seasoned marketing team, actively contributing to the expansion and enhancement of our customer-focused initiatives. This role is an exciting and impactful opportunity for professionals who are passionate about driving growth and innovation within a high-growth SaaS company. It will be pivotal to Hiver's continued success, requiring strategic acumen, creativity, and a customer-centric approach.
What you will be working on:
- Customer Expansion Campaigns:
- Plan, execute, and optimize customer expansion campaigns to increase product adoption and customer lifetime value.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Customer Referrals:
- Develop and manage customer referral programs to drive new customer acquisition.
- Create engaging referral campaigns to motivate customer participation. Track and report on the success of referral programs.
- Customer Reviews:
- Encourage satisfied customers to leave positive reviews across various review platforms.
- Respond to customer reviews and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze review data to identify trends and areas for improvement in customer experience.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Track key performance metrics related to customer marketing activities. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management
- Utilize analytics to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement
- 2-4 years of experience
- Preferably an MBA or a graduate with 2-4 years of relevant experience in marketing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent conversational and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms is a plus
