Position Overview:

As the Regional President for PSG West, you will have multi-site responsibility and play a critical role in driving the overall success, growth, and profitability of your sites. This role will have ultimate P&L responsibility of a $50M revenue business that will expand to $100M in coming years. This senior leadership position will sit on the PSG Executive Committee. This role requires exceptional strategic acumen, strong operational expertise, comfort with numbers and analytics, and the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team of site managers and employees. Ideal candidates should be comfortable working on top-level, strategic initiatives, but also getting into the details of issues within a business and solving problems side-by-side with local teams. A desire and ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving, and dynamic organization will be critical. The Regional President will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination between various sites, aligning business objectives with strategic initiatives, and fostering a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Determine key operational metrics and ensure measurement and review of these metrics throughout the local sites
• Full P&L ownership in region consisting of 8 businesses in Colorado with high growth expected over the next year
• Analyze data to identify areas of opportunity and improvement; problem solve solutions
• Develop quantitative, strategic initiatives for each company, create ownership and workplans to attain desired results
• Conduct quarterly onsite visits with companies and weekly calls with GMs, driving strategic and operational initiatives and supporting integration
• Hold GM’s and local leadership accountable for achieving goals; support and demonstrate this where needed
• Understand the key levers for enterprise value; use this to drive priorities, actions, coaching, and training
• Analyze financial reports; develop budgets; make financial decisions
• Recruit, train, mentor, and educate local leadership teams
• Serve as a visionary leader to inspire your local teams and ensure understanding of PSG priorities, goals, and objectives

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
• 8 years of executive or management experience in residential services or related field
• Demonstrated ability to deliver improving results year after year
• Sound understanding (and skills) of financial management and budgeting
• Ability to lead multi-site teams and interact at all levels of the organization
• Exceptional multi-tasking and prioritization
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated strategic and analytical prowess, with the ability to turn insights into action
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to inspire teams and build strong relationships
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating leadership in all scenarios
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Location/Travel: Ideal candidates will be in Colorado with 25% travel anticipated
