Reports to: Regional Vice President
Position Summary: The Community Manager is fully accountable for all day-to-day community operations including overseeing and enhancing the value of the community. This position will provide support to staff and create a positive work environment. The Community Manager will be responsible for ensuring all administrative processes are handled on a timely basis.
Job Duties and Responsibilites:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: (Knowledge, skills and abilities are the qualifications and individual needs to perform the essential functions of the job)
Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions) Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Work Environment: (The work environment characteristics are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job) This is an indoor position, predominately working in the office environment or remotely as applicable. Walking around the community is expected at least 1x per day with flexibility.
