- Lead, direct and oversee all Housekeeping operations including, staffing, training, scheduling, purchasing, inventory control, implementation and accountability for all procedures and operational standards.
- Top priority is daily inspections to ensure the highest level of cleanliness.
- Exhibit a friendly, helpful, and courteous manner when dealing with Guests and fellow employees.
- Communicate with all department heads and upper management daily.
