We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Real Estate Inside Sales Associate to become a part of our dynamic team. The perfect candidate will possess a deep passion for sales, outstanding communication abilities, and a solid grasp of the real estate market. This position will focus on prospecting, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
• Qualify leads to determine their needs, timeline, and financial capacity.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients to ensure a positive experience and encourage repeat business.
• Set appointments for our sales team with qualified leads.
• Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner to nurture them through the sales process.
• Keep accurate records of all interactions with clients and leads in our CRM system.
• Stay up-to-date on market trends, industry best practices, and competitor activities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and exceed targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Real estate license or willingness to obtain one within 2 months of starting the role.
