We are on the hunt for an experienced National Sales Representative to be on the front line, engaging with leads and existing customers to boost sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will be able to drive our rapid growth to the next level as we seek to establish ourselves as the national leader in sports surfacing, equipment, and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively initiate contact with prospects, leads, and existing customers through various channels, ensuring timely responses and high customer service.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to promote the company's playground and sports surfacing products.
  • Accurately assess customer needs using a consultative sales approach and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
  • Track orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely execution and customer communication.
  • Provide ongoing customer service support, including handling complaints and resolving issues promptly.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional appropriate products or services to existing customers.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and prepare informative sales and marketing reports.
  • Represent the company professionally at industry trade shows, expos, and other events.
  • Achieve or exceed targeted sales goals through proactive and results-oriented efforts.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with Sales Department members and other internal teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales within the construction or a related industry is required. 5 years experience preferred.
  • Strong sales and customer relationship skills.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRM and equivalent softwares/platforms.
  • Knowledge of company products/services, industry trends, and pricing.
  • Eagerness to stay up to date on competitor products.
  • Results-oriented while driving leads and customers.
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized with attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality projects.

Location: Remote Opportunity- Headquarters in Mentor, Ohio

Salary:

$80,000, plus commission.
