In this role, you can uphold our brand by ensuring we stay true to our mission of providing turnkey quality products and services to our clients across all locations. *Key Responsibilities:* * Coordinate start and completion dates and manage project IDs. * Assign crews and communicate all project details. * Maintain professionalism while providing customers with all critical project details, including timelines, crew details, project status, delays or issues. * Ensure collaboration with crew leaders throughout the project. * Ensure that crew leaders submit proper documentation to confirm the project is on schedule and that work sites are maintained according to standards. * Confirm project status and completion percentages through established updates and processes with crew leaders. * Utilize project management software for all project details and updates. * Communicate effectively with clients to provide regular updates on project progress and address any concerns or questions they may have. * Manage all email communications. * Ensure project completion through verification using established processes. * Ensure customer satisfaction and reviews are completed upon project completion. *Required Qualifications:* * Experience in Construction Management or a degree in an equivalent field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management. * Ability to manage multiple crews, subcontractors, and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. * Proven experience managing projects from inception to completion. * Strong technical skills with proficiency in project management and equivalent softwares/platforms. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Experience in playground equipment or sports surfacing industries is a plus. * Highly organized with strong attention to detail. * Proactive problem-solver with the ability to handle unexpected challenges. * Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage crews effectively. * Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality projects. *Additional Benefits:* * Competitive salary and benefits. * Opportunity for growth and advancement. * Collaborative and supportive team environment. *Location:* Hybrid preferred (Mentor, Ohio)- Remote Opportunity Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $70,000.00 per year Benefits: * Health insurance * Opportunities for advancement * Paid time off Compensation package: * Bonus opportunities Experience level: * 5 years Schedule: * Monday to Friday Application Question(s): * Do you have experience with project management software? * Do you have experience with monday.com platform?
