Position Summary :

The Cart Staff member at Keith Hills Golf Club & Learning Academy provides a positive and professional experience for all Keith Hills patrons by meeting the needs of the day-to-day operation, while personally meeting the needs of each customer.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Attend to all golf cart fleet needs toinclude :

• Staging carts in the morning according to daily needs.
• Monitoring cart return and pulling carts into work area in a timelymanner.
• Washing and cleaning carts afteruse.
• Assessing carts for damage, and informing supervisor in a timelymanner.
• Parking and plugging in carts forcharging.
• Turning carts after rounds as needed by demand in a timelymanner

Attend to all practice facility needsincluding :

• Picking / cleaning balls from the practice facility area daily.
• Transporting, washing and sortingballs.
• Filling range machines withballs.
• Putting out and taking up flags on the practice facility, morning and eveningrespectively.
• Maintaining sand in bottles and filling divots on the course and practicefacility
• Tournament setup and take-down of signage, tables, chairs and otherneeds
• Other jobs as assigned bysupervisor.

Education / Experience :

• High School Diploma orGED
• Valid NC driver’s licenserequired
• Customer service experience and knowledge of golf course etiquettedesired.

• Communicate effectively to all groups through both oral and writtenchannels
• Display a positive attitude, self-motivation, and a good workethic
• Demonstrate tact, courtesy and discretion in all interactions with visitors to Keith Hills, including members, Campbell University students, faculty, staff, university officials, and thepublic.
• Work independently as well as function effectively in a team and within a diverse group ofpeople.
• Exercise good judgment in complex and newsituations.
• Detail-oriented and willing to work in a changingenvironment.
• Upon hire, acquire a broad knowledge of, and abide by, Campbell University policies and procedures, including, but not limited to;

Title IX, HIPAA (only if applicable), and FERPAguidelines
