JOB DESCRIPTION
Preparing and baking cakes, pies, cookies, brownies, and cupcakes from scratch.
Preparing fresh baked breakfast items such as biscuits and croissants.
Ensuring a sanitary workspace and equipment.
Following processes to avoid cross contamination of dietary items.
Maintaining a clean and organized work area, equipment, and kitchen.
Taking inventory, restocking products, and organizing storeroom.
Put away food deliveries.
Work with the dcor team to ensure that they have the products they need.
Write and complete a bake list.
