As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. ```Duties```
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Assist with project coordination and office management tasks
- Perform data entry and order entry as needed
- File documents accurately and efficiently
- Provide clerical support to various departments as required
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
- Proficiency in Google Suite, and other office software applications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Familiarity with basic office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines
