ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Excellent verbal communication and sales skills are required. Our products are top notch and will easily sell themselves. This is a fast-paced sales focused position involving outbound calling to existing and prospective members with a base wage, highly competitive incentive plan, and uncapped earning potential Establish, grow and maintain positive relationships with members Align products and services that help achieve members' financial goals and those of the credit union Successfully cross sell additional products and services Provide quality customer service to members over the phone and in person Guide members through the lending process from application through disbursement of funds Open new accounts including share drafts, certificates, IRAs, and various club accounts Provide credit counseling and solutions to members who do not qualify for loans Follow the established FirstCCU lending policy Follow state and federal lending laws and regulations Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or deemed necessaryWorking Conditions:Normal office working conditions with the absence of disagreeable elements.Note: The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees, and are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required of personnel so classified.
