Mountain Radiance Medical Spa is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Asheville, NC

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee all aspects of client relations, working with management to ensure daily operations run smoothly
  • Manage provider schedule in Electronic Health Record as directed by Practice Manager
  • Manage client check-in/check out, including ensuring paperwork is up to date prior to each appointment, applying appropriate discounts, collecting payments
  • Prepare and maintain current client information
  • Act as liaison between waiting clients and providers
  • Answer phone and take accurate messages
  • Schedule client appointments with providers, manage multiple providers’ schedules
  • Communicate with clients before and after appointments through email, phone, and text
  • Regular inventory of snacks/drinks, skincare, medical products, and other medical supplies - alert medical director or practice manager when new stock needs to be ordered
  • Participate in developing and maintaining goals, action plans, priorities, and objectives with other members of the team
  • Review policies and procedures annually or as needed
  • Assist with cleaning the facility at the end of the day and during the day
  • Assist with additional tasks or duties as needed
  • Responsible for familiarizing yourself with products and services offered
  • Responsible for making sure front desk and reception area are clean and ready for clients

COMPENSATION and BENEFITS

This is an hourly position paying $18/hr with possible performance based raise in 90 days. Employees will accrue paid time off monthly based on the number of days worked per pay period up to 14 days of vacation/sick leave per year. Mountain CALM, PLLC will provide health care and retirement benefits to full time employees. Expected hours: 26 – 36 per week
