Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Salon Apprentice to join our team. As a Salon Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in various areas of cosmetology, including retail sales, makeup application, nail care, hair styling, salon software, barbering, hair threading, and straight razor techniques. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about the beauty industry and wants to gain hands-on experience in a professional salon environment.

Duties:
- Assist senior stylists and technicians with various salon services
- Shampoo and condition clients' hair
- Provide basic hair styling services such as blowouts and simple updos
- Perform nail care services including manicures and pedicures
- Assist with makeup application for special events or photo shoots
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of salon stations and tools
- Learn and utilize salon software for appointment scheduling and inventory management
- Upsell salon products and services to clients

Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a cosmetology program
- Basic knowledge of salon procedures and techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated on industry trends
- Attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional customer service

Please note that this position is an apprenticeship role, which means you will be learning under the guidance of experienced professionals. Compensation will be based on an hourly rate.
