Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable. Responsibilities: - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner - Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently - Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly - Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests - Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about the menu - Upsell additional items such as desserts or specialty drinks - Prepare checks and process payments using cash register or POS system (e.g., Aloha POS) - Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including bussing tables and sanitizing surfaces - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders - Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines Qualifications: - Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role preferred - Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Ability to perform basic math calculations for order totals and bill splitting - Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations - Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service - Familiarity with cash register operation or POS systems (e.g., Aloha POS) - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Please note that all positions at our establishment are paid, including internship positions.
