Controller

A growing $25 million manufacturing company based in East Wenatchee, WA is in the need of an experienced Controller to lead the company’s finance department. Responsibilities will include all aspects of the company’s financial reporting, cash management, risk management, and supporting the management team on financial issues. This role will also oversee the company’s Human Resources department which also processes payroll. Responsibilities include:

· Preparation of accurate and timely monthly financial statements

· Preparation of an annual budget and monthly financial management reports

· Assure accurate cost accounting methods are in place

· Coordinate quarterly physical inventories

· Oversee staff to HR, Payroll, and General Accounting processes are completed on a timely and accurate basis

· Implement credit management policies

· Manage cash flow requirements including timely invoicing and collection of accounts receivable

· Complete all necessary state and federal tax reporting

· Participate in Senior Management team meetings and coordinate the annual budgeting process with all departments

· Support the CEO and Board of Directors with financial analysis and long range planning efforts and strategic initiatives

· Coordinate communication and information requirements for the company’s banking, legal, CPA, and insurance partners

Requirements include:

· Experience with standard cost accounting processes in a manufacturing environment

· Accounting Degree with CPA/CMA credentials a plus

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and level of responsibility

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
