Overview:We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various administrative tasks and excellent communication skills.
Duties:
- Provide personal assistant support to executives as needed
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Assist business owner in day to day tasks
- Demonstrate proper phone etiquette when communicating with clients and colleagues
- Utilize computerized systems for data entry and documentation
- Offer customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Support general office functions in an ad agency setting
Presence:
Proven experience in administrative roles
Familiarity with phone systems and customer service practices
Proficiency in computerized systems for managing information effectively - google applications; gmail, sheets, docs.
Tech savvy, Proficiency in computerized systems for managing information effectively for social media post
Must be good with numbers, working excel sheets, multitasking, have laser focus, being proactive
Proactive Nature, Organizational Skills, Communication Skills, Discretion, Problem-Solving Abilities, Flexibility, Experience
