Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Bartender and Servers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and hospitality, with experience in various settings such as restaurants, banquets, and catering. Duties:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Operate the POS system to process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to all food handling regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours

Skills:

- Experience is a MUST
-Friendly and outgoing/team player
-Speaks Spanish is a plus
- Proficiency in using POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Knowledge of retail math for handling transactions and calculating bills
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently
- Familiarity with catering services and banquet operations
- Ability to handle food safely and follow health regulations
- Excellent customer service skills in a restaurant setting
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating bills
