Responsibilities
  • Create and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student participation and encourages critical thinking
  • Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and behavior
  • Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to provide updates on student performance and address any concerns

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
  • Valid teaching certification for 5th grade or equivalent (preferred)
