Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant with a strong background in customer service and purchasing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing customer inquiries, and assisting with purchasing activities to ensure smooth operations within our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing exceptional service and ensuring timely responses.
  • Assist with purchasing activities, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and processing purchase orders.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues related to orders.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory management tasks.
  • Support the sales team with order processing and follow-up.
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and office supply management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven experience in an administrative, customer service, or purchasing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with inventory management and purchasing software is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
