Inspiring Kids Academy WPB is now hiring. We are a team that works together as a family! We are a private, educational preschool founded in 1990 that provides quality care for Infants- Aftercare children.

Teaching Assistants - Responsible for assisting teachers in providing a safe and nurturing environment. Help in activities that promote the social, emotional, and physical development of each child. The duties of a preschool teacher's assistant include interacting with children, preparing snacks, teaching children about numbers, colors, and shapes, helping them get dressed, and changing their diapers/ potty training.

Lead Teacher—must have Staff Credentials, any one of the following: CDA-ECPC-CCAC or FCCPC or an AS in ECE or higher. Responsible for monitoring and teaching children the appropriate preschool curriculum that complies with all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures. Provides a safe and fun environment that enhances the development of positive learning. Ensures that children's needs are met. Must have the above credentials.

Maintain classroom in a safe, clean, and organized condition

Must be punctual and reliable

Communicate effectively, professionally, and enthusiastically with parents, grandparents, family members, and staff members.

Must have IMPECCABLE references.

Must have teaching experience, staff credential or willing to get, and First Aid / CPR certified.

Compensation is based on experience in childcare and education in the early childhood field.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
