We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Storage Operations Analyst to join our team at Mini Mall Storage. The Storage Operations Analyst will play a critical role in extracting and analyzing data to provide actionable insights that drive operational efficiency, enhance collection processes, and support strategic decision-making. This position will work closely with the Regional Operations Manager and Regional Vice President to ensure data-driven decision-making across the organization.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Collect and analyze data from various sources, including property management systems, financial reports, and customer databases.
  • Analyze reports and create presentations to communicate findings to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Sr Leadership team to identify areas of opportunity for operational improvements and create action plans to achieve the results
  • Work closely with the field operations leadership team to drive initiatives and ensure follow through on action plans
  • Provide insights into operational efficiencies, including cost reduction and revenue enhancement strategies.
  • Analyze and monitor collection and accounts receivable processes, for the purpose of recommending improvements.
  • Support the development and implementation of best practices and standard operating procedures.
  • Work with senior management on strategic initiatives and projects, including market research and competitor analysis.
  • Act as a liaison between the data team and regional management to ensure alignment and understanding of business needs and data capabilities.
  • Train and support staff in the use of data tools and interpretation of data insights, providing regular updates to senior management.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance or related field.
  • 3-5 years of Operations experience, or similar role. Experience in storage, property management or front line retail would be considered an asset.
  • Proficient in MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). Working knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Power BI , or similar, would be considered an asset
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in collecting, organizing, and disseminating information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex data insights clearly.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of property management systems and software, statistical analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Project management experience with a successful track record of project delivery.
