**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Night Shift Leader to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will oversee night operations, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage night shift operations, including overseeing food production and preparation
- Supervise staff to ensure efficient workflow and quality service delivery
- Train and mentor team members on kitchen procedures and customer service
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
**Skills:**
- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Strong background in food production and preparation
- Experience in team management within a hospitality setting
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and equipment
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in Restaurant Management is a plus
- Familiarity with catering operations is advantageous
