Job Overview:
Cotronics is currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk who is organized, responsible, and has an attention to detail to uphold the vision of their team. This role is responsible for processing and reconciling receivable invoices, statements, and payments, managing aging reports and corresponding with customers in collections efforts. Additionally, this role is a part of the Customer Experience team and in that capacity will also provide some sales support through taking orders from customers (both over the phone and in writing), and providing excellent customer service throughout all interactions. This role reports both to the Finance Manager as well as the Sales and Customer Experience Manager.
