We are an independent insurance agency looking to add a Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative . Our agency has been in business for over 50 years in the Monticello area.
Requirements:
- New York State Insurance Brokers License
- Computer experience - AMS360 is helpful but not necessary
- Microsoft Office
Responsibilities:
- Service existing customer base
- Provide sales support for the placement of new insurance policies
- Familiarity with all types of personal lines insurance
- Processing of renewals and policy change requests
- Provide coverage recommendations
- Assist clients with claims
