With over $7 million in annual revenue and decades of experience, our company is a leader in the cleaning industry. Our Virginia branch has secured prestigious federal contracts, demonstrating our excellence. We are now aiming for significant growth in Minnesota. Our goal is to match Virginia's revenue numbers by expanding Minnesota's growth in both business lines: commercial and residential, as well as starting other branches in the Midwest and other states.

We acquired this branch for its reputation, experience, and strong fundamentals, and we seek the right leadership to scale effectively. It is crucial for the CEO to understand where we are, where we are going, and to have experience achieving similar growth in other companies. The incentives package is unlimited and based on revenue, with expectations of dedication and focus on company. The previous owner and the on-site manager will remain to assist during the transition, ensuring smooth operations and navigating challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Growth: Develop and execute plans to increase annual revenue from $500,000 to $2-3 million revenue within one year by expanding into commercial cleaning services, focusing more into residential cleaning, and new markets.
• Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of service delivery and efficiency.
• Market Expansion: Drive the expansion into new geographical areas, replicating the success of our Virginia branch in Minnesota and the Midwest.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term business growth.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the previous owner and on-site manager during the transition period to maintain stability and address challenges effectively.
• Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and analyze business performance, implementing improvements as necessary to achieve growth targets.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CEO or in a similar executive role within the cleaning or related industry.
• Strong track record of driving significant revenue growth and business expansion.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
• Experience in both residential and commercial cleaning services preferred.
• High level of integrity and commitment to the company’s mission and values.
